When Aecon stepped in to complete this project, other general contractors had been making proposals that exceeded the owner's budget by as much as 40%. The original design was for a wood frame structure.

Aecon redesigned the building with a pre-engineered steel frame and other fire-proof components, completed construction within the original schedule, and within the owner's budget.
