Starting from scratch...

Called upon to pull together a project for a new injection molding facility, Aecon fell back to its experience and got a package together in less than 2 weeks consisting of a Proposal, Project Brief, and Project Manual, along with descriptive drawings of the new plant.

Aecon helped locate a site...

After Aecon assisted sorting through various site possibilities, the new owners were able to home in on the best site quickly, without spending unnecessary time.

...and provided contacts to help start production

Aecon, though its industry contacts, helped to find a startup consultant for the project to ease it though the process of establishing lines of supply and purchasing equipment.
